Synopsis
--------

.. Description

- Get all System Performance. - \> Retrieves the average values of cluster key performance indicators KPIs , such as CPU utilization, memory utilization or network rates over the past 15 minutes. Query parameters 'function', 'startTime' and 'endTime' are no longer supported.
