Synopsis

  • Manage operations update and delete of the resource Wireless Settings Power Profiles Id V1.

  • This API allows the user to delete an Power Profile by specifying the Power Profile ID.

  • This API allows the user to update a custom power Profile.

This module has a corresponding action plugin.

Requirements

The below requirements are needed on the host that executes this module.

  • catalystcentersdk >= 2.3.7.9

  • python >= 3.5

boolean

Flag for Cisco CATALYST Center SDK to enable debugging.

The Cisco CATALYST Center hostname.

The Cisco CATALYST Center password to authenticate.

_username

aliases: user

string

The Cisco CATALYST Center username to authenticate.

Default: :ansible-option-default:`"admin"`

_verify

boolean

Flag to enable or disable SSL certificate verification.

Choices:

_version

string

Informs the SDK which version of Cisco CATALYST Center to use.

Default: :ansible-option-default:`"2.3.7.6"`

description

string

Description of the Power Profile. Max length is 32 characters.

id

string

Id path parameter. Power Profile ID.

profileName

string

Name of the Power Profile. Max length is 32 characters.

rules

list / elements=dictionary

Wireless Settings Power Profiles Id's rules.

interfaceID

Interface ID.

interfaceType

string

Interface Type.

parameterType

Parameter Type.

Flag for Cisco CATALYST Center SDK to enable the validation of request bodies against a JSON schema.

  • SDK Method used are wireless.Wireless.delete_power_profile_by_id_v1, wireless.Wireless.update_power_profile_by_id_v1,

  • Paths used are delete /dna/intent/api/v1/wirelessSettings/powerProfiles/{id}, put /dna/intent/api/v1/wirelessSettings/powerProfiles/{id},

  • Does not support check_mode

  • The plugin runs on the control node and does not use any ansible connection plugins, but instead the embedded connection manager from Cisco CATALYST SDK

  • The parameters starting with catalystCenter_ are used by the Cisco CATALYST Python SDK to establish the connection
